Shunned At A Funeral - Let S Go

Two young guys in ties riding shiny bikes.
I said, "Sister, have you heard
The light of christ?"
I smiled and waved
Them in.
Poured some sweet iced tea
Said, "Pull up a chair, boys, you can
Preach to me."
They spoke of prophets
And golden plates.
Said, "Would you like
To talk some more?"
I grinned and said, "Let's go
Let's go yeah
If it ain't in the book, it don't flow
Jesus said, "It's finished, don't you know?"
No second gospel riding down that road
Let's go
Grace alone, that's how we roll.
Faith
By hearing, not control.
Truth don't
Bend and truth don't know
If it's not the scripture, then
I say
Let's go
Let's go
Doorbell rings, it's half past nine.
Two
Kind faces say, "We got some time." they
Handed me a watch, style, and a grin
Said, "You like talking truth?
Well
Come on in
They spoke of works and paradise.
Said
Would you like to talk some more?
I laughed and said, "Let's go
LET'S GO
THE WORD GOD, THAT'S HOW WE KNOW
Before all time
He made it so.
He's not
An angel.
He runs the show
Let's go
Blood on the cross made sinners whole
Resurrection rock and roll
Every knee's going to bow below
If it's not by
Jesus, then
I say let's go
Downtown mass adduct inside, met a man
Who said we're sanctified.
He kissed a
Ring and lit a flame, said church
Tradition stays the same.
He smiled and said, "Would you like to talk more?" i
Leaned in close and said once more
LET'S GO
NO PRIEST CAN SAVE YOUR SOUL
One mediator, that's the goal.
Christ
Alone, He paid the toll
Let's go
No beads, no penance roll.
By grace
Through faith we're whole
If it's not in
Jesus, say it's over.
Say
My truth for toll
Let's go.
So they GET
A LITTLE DEBATE.
Open your
Bible and set
IT STRAIGHT
NOT BY HATE, NOT BY
BY, BUT BY THE word where love resides
When they
Know, don't slam that door.
Just smile and say
I've heard this before
LET'S GO
EVERY KNEE, every tongue will know
Christ alone, He steals the show.
No
Other gospel, high or low
LET'S GO
IF IT'S GRACE ALONE, IT OVERFLOW.
Truth
Cuts deep and mercy grows.
You want to talk faith and here we go.
Bible in my
Hand, yeah, let's go
Let's go
Yeah, yeah
Let's go
Let's go yeah
